Drainage Engineer / CCTV Drainage Engineer – £45k–£55k OTE – Leeds

Easaway Draincare is a growing, well-established drainage company based in Leeds. Due to increased demand, we are looking to recruit experienced Drainage Engineers and CCTV Drainage Engineers to join our expanding team.
We offer guaranteed overtime, a structured on-call rota, and proper rest after night work.
Pay, Hours & On-Call
- £14 - 16 per hour (dependent upon role & experience / reviewed after probation)
- 40-hour week
- Standard hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
- Guaranteed overtime via on-call rota
- On-call: 1 weeknight per week + 1 weekend in 4
- This rota typically adds £12,000–£15,000 per year
- Sleep time / late starts provided after late night call-outs
- Realistic total earnings £45,000–£55,000+
- Paid holidays + company pension
The Work
- Primarily domestic drainage
- Emergency blockages and jetting
- CCTV surveys (if this is your skill)
- Leeds and Yorkshire-based work
- Modern vehicles and equipment provided
- Consistent workload year-round
What We’re Looking For
- Previous drainage experience (a must have)
- HPWJ card preferred (full training available)
- CCTV experience an advantage (any system considered)
- Full UK driving licence
