About Naked Hands Spa
Naked Hands Spa is an established, professional naturist wellness spa in North London, close to Alexandra Palace. We provide massage treatments alongside sauna, steam room, hot tub and relaxation facilities in a welcoming, respectful and strictly non-sexual environment.
We are looking for qualified, reliable and professional self-employed Massage Therapists to join our small team.
The Role
You will provide professional massage treatments including Swedish, Deep Tissue and Sports Massage, according to your qualifications and experience.
Therapists are expected to provide excellent client care, maintain high standards of hygiene and professionalism, and work cooperatively as part of the spa team.
Essential Requirements
- A nationally recognised massage qualification such as ITEC, VTCT or equivalent
- Excellent punctuality and reliability
- Professional and respectful manner
- Good communication and customer-service skills
- Ability to follow operational, health & safety and emergency procedures
- Comfortable working professionally within a naturist spa environment
- Able to remain on site during agreed shifts, excluding agreed breaks
- Able to work independently and as part of a small team
Punctuality is essential. Therapists must arrive with sufficient time to prepare and be ready to begin treatments at the customer's booked appointment time.
Hours & Pay
- Self-employed position
- £24–£34 per hour
- Approximately 8–24 hours per week, depending on agreed availability and bookings
- Flexible shifts available
- Free street parking outside the premises after 2pm
Therapists are responsible for their own tax and National Insurance obligations and for making any necessary declarations to HMRC.
Important
Naturist Environment & Staff Uniform
Naked Hands Spa is a strictly non-sexual professional naturist wellness spa. Our customers use the spa facilities nude in accordance with our naturist policy; therapists and staff are not required or expected to work nude.
Therapists are expected to wear a plain black professional spa/therapy uniform while working. Clothing must be suitable for providing professional massage treatments and must not include lingerie, lace, sheer, revealing or sexually suggestive clothing.
Applicants must be comfortable working professionally and respectfully with nude clients within a naturist environment. No sexual services are provided or permitted.
Pay: £24.00-£34.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8.0 – 24.0 per week
