Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and relationship-focused Relationship Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with a portfolio of third-party partners, ensuring exceptional service delivery and a positive partner experience. Acting as the primary point of contact, you will work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders to build long-term relationships and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and develop relationships with third-party partners, suppliers, and stakeholders.

Act as the main point of contact for allocated accounts, responding to enquiries professionally and efficiently.

Deliver excellent partner experiences through effective relationship management.

Conduct regular account reviews and service meetings.

Identify opportunities to improve partner engagement and service delivery.

Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless outcomes for partners.

Monitor and analyse partner feedback, recommending improvements where appropriate.

Maintain accurate account records and provide regular reporting on account activity and performance
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Essential:

Experience in Relationship Management, Account Management, or Customer Success.

Proven ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Experience working collaboratively across teams.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Desirable

Experience managing third-party suppliers or client relationships.

Knowledge of FCA-regulated environments
