We are seeking a motivated and skilled Plasterer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying plaster to interior and exterior walls, ceilings, and other surfaces to create smooth, durable finishes that enhance the aesthetic and structural quality of buildings. Your expertise will contribute to high-quality craftsmanship on a variety of residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Duties
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and applying primers to ensure optimal plaster adhesion.
- Mix plaster materials accurately according to project specifications and safety guidelines.
- Apply plaster using hand tools such as trowels, hawks, and floats, ensuring even coverage and smooth finishes.
- Utilise power tools for mixing, sanding, or finishing surfaces efficiently.
- Perform bricklaying and masonry tasks when required to support plastering projects.
- Install or repair roofing structures as needed, demonstrating versatility across related trades.
- Proven experience in plastering, masonry, or related construction trades.
- Proficiency with hand tools such as trowels, floats, and spatulas.
- Familiarity with power tools used in plastering and masonry work.
Pay: £24.00-£25.00 per hour
