About the Role:
Are you an experienced Amadeus professional who enjoys solving complex airline booking and ticketing challenges? This is an opportunity to bring your technical expertise to Riviera Travel and play an important role in delivering smooth, well-managed travel experiences for our guests. Working within our specialist Amadeus team, you will manage everything from ticketing and fare construction to schedule changes, group bookings, reissues and refunds. You will be trusted to use your knowledge and judgement to resolve complex booking requirements, support colleagues across the business and ensure every booking is handled accurately, efficiently and with the guest in mind.
What you’ll be doing:

Process airline ticketing, reissues and refund requests within agreed service levels.

Manage and service individual and group bookings through Amadeus, including group PNR maintenance, deadlines and amendments.

Manage and service individual and group bookings through airlines portals or consolidators.

Process booking changes via airline portals where servicing is not available through the GDS.

Ensure all issued tickets are accurate and comply with airline fare rules, policies and contractual agreements.

Perform end-of-day checks to confirm all tickets have been issued correctly, and any discrepancies are resolved promptly.

Manage complex ticketing requirements, including reissues, revalidations, name corrections, seat amendments and ancillary services.

Utilise a combination of Amadeus, airline portals, NDC content and consolidator systems to identify and action the most appropriate solutions for guests.
What we’re looking for: You will already have strong practical experience of airline ticketing and reservations, together with the confidence to manage complex bookings independently.
Required Skills & Experience:

Advanced Airline Ticketing & Reservations – Strong knowledge of airline fare rules, ticketing, reissues, refunds, exchanges and revalidations.

Amadeus GDS Expertise – Confident using Amadeus for booking management, ticketing, queue handling, group bookings and schedule change processing.

Group Booking Management – Experience servicing group PNRs, managing name and ticketing deadlines, and coordinating amendments with airlines.

Airline Portal & NDC Knowledge – Ability to work across airline portals, NDC channels, traditional GDS content and consolidators to source and service bookings effectively.

Fare Construction & Pricing – Skilled in fare quotations, manual fare builds, complex pricing scenarios and identifying the most suitable airfare solutions.

Schedule Change Management – Ability to assess flight disruptions and schedule changes, implement solutions and communicate impacts to internal stakeholders and customers.

Attention to Detail – High level of accuracy when issuing tickets, processing amendments and managing airline deadlines.

Problem Solving – Capable of resolving complex ticketing and booking issues while balancing operational and customer requirements.

Customer & Stakeholder Service – Strong communication skills with the ability to support sales teams, operational departments, suppliers and airline partners.

Organisation & Prioritisation – Able to manage multiple tasks, queues and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Microsoft Excel – Competent in using spreadsheets for tracking, analysis and reporting.
