New Car Sales Executive - Motor Trade - BYD Wakefield
Essentials (You Must Have):

As a New Car Sales Executive, you will play a key a role in supporting and delivering new car sales performance in line with BYD brand standards. This is a hands-on, customer-facing position, requiring a strong showroom presence and the ability to naturally engage with customers throughout the entire sales journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and convert high-quality, manufacturer-led digital enquiries, delivering an outstanding customer experience from initial contact through to vehicle handover.
- Handle all new vehicle marketplace enquiries, maximising every sales opportunity while maintaining exceptional levels of customer service.
- Play a key role in developing and enhancing our online new car presence, ensuring our digital platforms remain engaging, informative and commercially effective.
- Drive the growth of the BYD brand across social media by creating engaging content, building brand awareness and generating new customer enquiries.
- Build lasting relationships with customers, encouraging repeat business and referrals through exceptional service and aftersales support.
- Work closely with the wider sales and marketing teams to support campaigns, new model launches and manufacturer initiatives.
