Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Public Area Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of public areas within our establishment, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellent customer service will play a vital role in enhancing the overall guest experience.
Duties
- Clean and maintain all public areas, including lobbies, corridors, restrooms, and outdoor spaces.
- Ensure that all areas are well-stocked with necessary supplies and materials.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Assist in setting up for events or functions as required.
- Drive company vehicles as needed for transporting supplies or assisting guests.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure high standards of cleanliness and service are maintained.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is essential for effective communication with guests and team members.
- Previous experience in customer service roles is highly desirable, showcasing your ability to interact positively with guests.
- Strong communication skills to convey information clearly and effectively.
- A valid driving licence is preferred for roles that require transportation duties.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards.
