About the company:
JD Healthcare Group is one of the UK's leading fertility and reproductive healthcare providers, operating brands including London Women's Clinic, London Egg Bank, London Sperm Bank, KindIVF and Elective Egg Freezing across approximately 20 clinics nationwide. Since 1985, we've supported individuals and families through some of the most significant journeys of their lives. We're proud to combine clinical excellence with genuine compassion — and our senior nursing team sets the standard for both.
About the role:
As a Senior Fertility Nurse at JD Healthcare, you'll deliver expert-level clinical care across the fertility treatment pathway while helping to raise standards across the wider nursing team. This is a role for an experienced registered nurse who brings not only strong clinical skills but also the confidence to guide colleagues, champion evidence-based practice, and act as a trusted point of expertise within the clinic. From follicular tracking and IUI to post-sedation care and prescribing support, the breadth of clinical practice here is genuinely rewarding. If you're ready to bring your fertility nursing experience somewhere it will truly be valued, we'd love to talk.
What You Will Do
- Deliver high-quality, individualised nursing care across the full fertility treatment pathway, maintaining accurate records on the clinic's fertility management system
- Assess, admit and safely discharge patients following sedation, and assist or scrub for egg collection procedures and post-procedure recovery
- Perform follicular tracking scans and intrauterine insemination (IUI), and support preparation of PRN prescriptions in line with prescribing responsibilities
- Educate patients on their treatment and medication schedules, demonstrating injectable medication techniques to support confident self-administration
- Perform phlebotomy (satellite clinics), and maintain, audit and restock resuscitation equipment stations
- Communicate with patients with clarity and compassion via telephone, email and video consultation throughout their treatment journey
- Participate in regular service audits and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, supporting colleagues through knowledge sharing and professional guidance
