Job Overview
Jay Contracts is an established Midlands-based passive fire protection company. We're looking for a time-served Contracts Manager to run passive fire protection and fire door projects from survey through to sign-off.
You'll need proven experience with:
- One Trace reporting
- FIRAS and/or BM TRADA accredited works
- CSCS accreditation
- Fire stopping
- Fire doors - ordering and labour management
- Fire door remedials
This position offers a dynamic environment where expertise in fire safety systems combined with excellent management capabilities will be highly valued. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality results.
Ideally based in the East Midlands.

Pay: Up to £50,000.00 per year
