Position Overview:
As a CCTV Drainage Engineer at First 4 Drains, you will play a vital role in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining drainage systems. You will work both independently and as part of a team to provide effective solutions for our clients, ensuring their drainage systems operate efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspections and assessments of drainage systems.
- Diagnose drainage issues and determine appropriate solutions.
- Perform pre cleaning of the sewer system prior to completing CCTV inspection.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate with clients to explain findings and recommended repairs.
- Complete work orders and maintain accurate records of service provided.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and best practices at all times.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies.
Qualifications Required:
- Proven experience as a Drainage Engineer or a similar role.
- Knowledge of drainage systems, equipment, and materials.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license.
- Relevant certifications and licenses a plus.
- MUST HAVE: - Streetworks and WJA/HPWJ Ticket
- Experience using WinCan
- Experience using crawler systems
- Ideal candidate to have OS19/OS21 certification and/or equivalent
