We're looking for an Insights Manager to join our established qualitative market research team. We are a small, qualitatively focused team providing HCP and patient insights for all types of pharmaceutical business from biotechs to global pharmaceutical brands.
Our work focuses on research around product launches and branding, spanning more traditional HCP-focused market research projects through to partnerships with our broader agencies.
You will work closely with our healthcare clients to help their teams turn data into insights and understand its impact on their business.
You will have experience building client relationships, working in a collaborative environment with interest in primary qualitative healthcare market research, data analytics and insight generation.
Alongside helping to grow the research and insight capability across the group, a key component of this role is managing the administration and delivery of audience metrics practice for Congress stands, using our Congress Measurement Metrics tool and approach, which will involve some travel to European Congresses and liaison with clients.

You will report into the Associate Insights Director
- Lead the delivery of congress metrics, partnering with production teams to prepare systems for stand measurement, analysing data, and presenting insights and recommendations to clients.
- Contribute to research and insight projects, including introducing methodologies, supporting primary research with HCPs, patients and other audiences, and deriving relevant insights for clients and brands.
- Support pitch development through clear slides that communicate our value proposition and tailored project approaches.
- Translate primary research data into compelling, insight-driven reports and outputs.
- Promote excellence across research execution, from brief to delivery, encouraging collaboration and high-quality outcomes.
- Manage projects including timelines, budgets, and coordination of client and agency workstreams to ensure delivery against milestones.
- Build client relationships through questioning and tailored communication styles.
- Deliver business insights through thought leadership content, including white papers, articles, and social media.
- Experience working in a healthcare market research agency experience with at least 6 months in the role of Research/Insights manager, or equivalent
- Qualitative and quantitative experience (80/20)
- Experience translating data and evidence into insightful and engaging outputs
- Experience moderating interviews and focus groups
- Experience working with clients and managing projects through delivery
- Experience working with multiple projects and to tight deadlines
- Some understanding of healthcare and research codes and compliance activity/behaviours.
- Be comfortable working with AI tools.
