We’re Looking for Another Chef!
Things are getting busy at The Fountain Inn and we’re looking for another chef to join our team.
With a newly refurbished kitchen and a brand new menu launching soon, it’s an exciting time to come on board.
Please note:
- live-in accommodation optional
- Split shifts required
- Some shifts will involve working alone
We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation, a creative flair in the kitchen, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Duties include:
- Supervising kitchen staff and ensuring smooth service
- Preparing and cooking dishes to a high standard
- Managing stock and ensuring quality ingredients
- Maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards
- Working closely with front-of-house during busy periods
- Helping develop new menu items and specials
- Training and supporting team members
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience as a Chef
- Strong cooking and food prep skills
- Ability to lead and work within a team
- Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
- Passion for food and hospitality
