We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Student Support Officer to join our pastoral team. You are an integral part in the Students' lives here at Corby Business Academy. Your ability to manage challenging behaviour effectively, using positive behaviour strategies and resilience in high-pressure situations is essential, whether you have achieved this through working with children or raising your children. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and will be a committed individual that is patient, confident and able to support students when they are not at their best.
