Vehicle Paint Sprayer Required!
What we’re offering Vehicle Paint Sprayers:
- Full Time / Permanent.
- Salary - £18 - £24 Per Hour
- Fantastic individual bonus available
- Monday – Friday - 8am-5:30pm
- NO Weekends
The Role of a Vehicle Paint Sprayer:
- Paint Spraying
- Prepping
- Etch and prime area to be treated
- Filler Work
- Polishing
- Colour Matching & Paint Mixing
- Quality Control/Inspection
- De-grease the area to be treated
- Sand down the relevant areas and adjoining areas for blending purposes
- Mask out area to be treated
- Bake the vehicle in the oven, setting temperature according to the vehicle requirements.
- Carefully remove the vehicle from the oven once it is cooled
- De-mask vehicle
- Flat the primer to prepare the surface to receive top coat of paint
Requirements of a Paint Sprayers
- ATA/NVQ/IMI/City and Guilds Level 2 or 3 in Vehicle Paint Spraying or be time severed within a similar role.
- Hold a current valid driving licence
- Previous experience within an accident repair centre required
- Previous experience within a bonus bodyshop
