Our Chairman requires the support of a multilingual support person/s to aid in the development of business relationships with the established distributor network. The position of Business Relationship Coordinator offers a varied and rewarding opportunity for the successful applicant to join and integrate into a well-established and successful organisation.
Reporting into our Chairman, the role offers a flexible approach to building relationships and understanding the needs of the distributer network to understand how additional product sales and support can be grown.
Outline duties -
Support relationships of customer, understand their arrangements and our distribution network.
Inputting meeting notes and customer needs identified on a central database to produce weekly update reports
From relationship discussions with distributors, produce and circulate to the management team a projection funnel of potential opportunities actions to resolve.
Administer the forward diary of relationships, schedule and plan contact events.
Where UK and Overseas sales teams require administration support, then support as required.
Linguistic support as required to purchasing department where needed and applicable.
Provide administration support meetings with performance statistics and reports.
Other duties such as supporting the wider team in ad hoc requests for support.
About you -
·Must be fluent in English
An organised individual with excellent attention to detail
Customer relationship experience
IT proficient with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel
You are able to use your initiative and hit the ground running
A confident multi language speaking communicator and able to liaise across all levels to support business relationship development.
Key fluent languages considered: French, Spanish, Polish, Arabic, German, Italian, Ukrainian
Pay: £150.00-£200.00 per day
