Overview of the role
We are seeking a motivated and professional E-Learning and Digital Content Developer to join our Product Development team on an FTC for 12 Months.
Reporting to the Head of Products, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality services aligned with NOCN's strategic objectives.

Design and develop engaging, accessible eLearning resources.

Create storyboards, scripts, and interactive learning content.

Work with subject matter experts to produce high-quality digital learning solutions.

Manage the content development process from planning through to testing and review.

Ensure content meets accessibility, quality, and copyright standards.

Evaluate and improve learning resources using feedback and data.

Research and adopt new technologies to enhance the learner experience.
About You
We're looking for a creative and organised eLearning professional with experience designing engaging digital learning content. You'll be confident using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, or Adobe Captivate and have a good understanding of instructional design, accessibility, and user experience. You'll enjoy collaborating with subject matter experts, managing multiple projects, and delivering high-quality learning solutions. Experience with SCORM, HTML5, Adobe Creative Cloud, and multimedia content creation is desirable.
