About Bonbon Pottery:
Bonbon Pottery is a fun and creative Pottery Cafe for all ages. We are thrilled to offer a unique blend of artistic experiences for adults and children, featuring pottery classes and DIY ceramic painting, all while enjoying a cup of delicious coffee.
Position:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Pottery Cafe Assistant to join our front house team.
Duties:
- Assist in drinks preparation in a fast-paced cafe setting.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and drinks preparation areas.
- Help customers to select pottery items and checkout customers.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking supplies.
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, serving drinks and pottery items, and addressing customer inquiries or concerns.
- Manage and coordinate the team during peak hours in a fast-paced cafe environment.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in restaurants/cafe
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well with a team.
- Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays.
