MEO is a premium British online school delivering the British Curriculum (EdExcel & Cambridge pathways) through ultra-small live classes.My Education Online (MEO) is a British-curriculum online school built around four pillars: emotional intelligence, financial literacy, entrepreneurial skills, and artificial intelligence. We are seeking a Primary School Teacher who sees teaching not as content delivery, but as a form of mentorship and stewardship.
This is a fully remote, full-time position teaching across the Primary curriculum (KS1/KS2). Beyond delivering literacy and numeracy, you will help shape students' earliest confidence, curiosity, and character.
Responsibilities
- Deliver core subjects (English, Mathematics, Science) in line with the British National Curriculum
- Create a nurturing, engaging online learning environment for young learners
- Identify quiet struggle or disengagement early, before it affects academic performance
- Naturally embed emotional intelligence, financial literacy, entrepreneurial thinking, and responsible AI use into everyday lessons
- Track and report on student progress, adapting teaching strategies as needed
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues in a remote setting
Requirements
- QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
- Demonstrated experience teaching the British Primary Curriculum
- Strong classroom (or virtual classroom) management skills
- Comfortable using online teaching tools and platforms
- A genuine, long-term view of teaching as mentorship, not a transitional role
