Female Support Worker (No Personal Care)
We are seeking a professional, reliable and compassionate Female Support Worker to provide high‑quality social support to an independent service user. This role does not involve any personal care. The focus is on companionship, social engagement, confidence‑building and meaningful daily activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide warm, engaging and respectful companionship during social outings, activities and day‑to‑day routines.
- Support the client in maintaining an active and fulfilling lifestyle by encouraging participation in enjoyable and meaningful activities.
- Accompany the client during shopping trips, errands and social opportunities.
- Promote emotional wellbeing through positive interaction, conversation and confidence‑building support.
- Uphold professional boundaries, confidentiality and safeguarding standards at all times.
- Maintain a person‑centred approach that respects the client’s independence, dignity and preferences.
Pay: £13.00 per hour
