We are seeking a dedicated Mortgage Advisor to join our financial services team. Duties
- Provide personalised mortgage advice to clients based on their financial situation and goals
- Analyse clients’ financial information to determine suitable mortgage options
- Assist clients throughout the entire application process, from initial consultation to completion
- Keep up-to-date with current mortgage products, market trends, and regulatory requirements
- Prepare and explain mortgage proposals, including terms and conditions
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in accordance with company policies
- Collaborate with lenders and other financial professionals to facilitate smooth processing of applications
- Educate clients on the implications of different mortgage options and answer any queries they may have
- Basic salary along with excellent bonus scheme
Skills
- CeMap Level 3 is required
- Strong understanding of basic maths and financial calculations
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex information clearly
- Organised with strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all client documentation
- Ability to build rapport with clients and provide exceptional customer service
- Knowledge of current regulatory standards within the mortgage industry is required
