Experienced Car Sales Executive

We are looking for an experienced Car Sales Executive to join our growing team at Simply Cars.
Salary OTE £60k
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, confident and results-driven salesperson who already has proven experience within the motor trade and knows how to turn enquiries into sales.
The Role
As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing customers from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover, delivering an exceptional customer experience while consistently achieving sales targets.
You will be expected to:
- Handle incoming enquiries, leads and showroom customers
- Build strong relationships and understand customers' requirements
- Conduct professional vehicle presentations and test drives
- Negotiate confidently and close deals
- Upsell finance, warranties and additional products where appropriate
- Follow up leads and maximise every sales opportunity
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity
- Work towards and achieve individual and team sales targets
- Deliver the high level of customer service Simply Cars is known for
About You
We are looking for someone who already has a successful track record in automotive sales.
You must have:
- Previous experience working in car sales / the motor trade
- A proven history of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- The confidence and ability to close deals
- A professional and positive attitude
- Strong customer service skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A genuine passion for cars and the automotive industry
- A full UK driving licence
This is not an entry-level sales position. We are looking for an experienced automotive salesperson who can demonstrate previous success and hit the ground running.
