Digital Marketing Coordinator (Social Media, CRM & Webinars)

20 hours per week (flexible schedule 5 days/week) | 10 months: 1 September 2026 - 30 June 2027
Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 per year (full-time equivalent), pro-rata for 20 hours per week, depending on experience
D5 Design is a creative studio and production house specialising in communications for product innovation and complexities. We help clients explain complex ideas and product innovations to the people who need to understand them, from industry experts to everyday consumers. We work across graphic design, illustration, 3D, animation, film, AI and XR.
We're a small, ambitious studio that's growing, and we're looking for a proactive, highly organised Digital Marketing Coordinator to support and elevate the digital presence of D5 Design and its clients. You'll play a central role in social media, virtual events, CRM data and web content, reporting to our Studio and Marketing Manager.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing corporate LinkedIn pages for D5 Design, D5XR and clients, including content, scheduling and community engagement
- Planning, scheduling and publishing content across LinkedIn, Instagram and X
- Writing and formatting posts, website copy and landing pages
- Building and deploying email newsletters and promotional campaigns
- Supporting on-page SEO: meta tags, keyword reviews and website health monitoring
- Coordinating webinars end-to-end: promotion, registration, live technical production and post-event follow-up
- Maintaining and segmenting CRM data, including regular data cleansing
- Uploading and publishing web content via CMS, fixing broken links and optimising for SEO
- Monitoring website traffic and engagement using analytics tools
- Reporting on performance metrics and recommending improvements to the Studio and Marketing Manager
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing or corporate communications, ideally B2B
- Strong working knowledge of LinkedIn's admin and content management functions
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for proofreading and brand voice
- Ability to interpret analytics data and turn it into actionable recommendations
- Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Advertising or PR (or equivalent practical experience)
Preferred:
- Familiarity with social media scheduling tools and marketing automation platforms (e.g. Mailchimp, HubSpot)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
- Experience with webinar platforms such as MS Teams and Zoom
- Basic graphic design eye for coordinating digital and social assets with the studio
- Experience running targeted B2B advertising campaigns
- Knowledge of SEO principles and analytics software
- Excellent organisational skills, able to multitask and manage competing priorities
