The Role
You'll manage a varied private musculoskeletal caseload while developing your assessment, treatment and rehabilitation skills within a structured learning environment.
You'll be supported to:
- Deliver exceptional patient-centred care
- Assess, diagnose and treat a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions
- Develop evidence-based rehabilitation programmes
- Build excellent patient relationships and outcomes
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Learn advanced assessment and treatment techniques
- Continually develop your clinical skills through mentoring and CPD
Who We're Looking For
This role is ideal for an ambitious graduate who wants more than just their first job.
We're looking for someone who is:
- HCPC registered (or eligible before starting)
- A member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (or eligible before starting)
- Passionate about musculoskeletal physiotherapy
- Eager to learn and committed to continual professional development
- Confident communicating with patients and building rapport
- Professional, organised and accountable
- Coachable, proactive and motivated to become an outstanding clinician
- Enthusiastic about working within a supportive, high-performing team
Working Pattern
- Permanent position
- Full-time or part-time available

Salary
£30,000–£32,000 per year, depending on experience, plus performance bonus.

- BSc (Hons) or MSc Physiotherapy
- HCPC Registration
- Chartered Society of Physiotherapy Membership

Applicants should be able to reliably commute to Downend, Bristol, or plan to relocate before starting work.
