Join the Heatons Team
Are you organised, proactive and ready to get stuck in? Would you like to be part of a friendly and supportive team within one of the UK's largest independent business supplies dealers?
Heatons Group is looking to recruit an Administrative Assistant to join our busy Purchasing team, based at our Head Office in Bromborough.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in purchasing who's organised, quick on their feet and genuinely enthusiastic about getting involved. No prior purchasing experience is needed as we'll train you up, but you'll need to be a fast learner who's comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
About the Role
Working alongside our Purchasing and Customer Service teams, you'll be at the heart of keeping orders moving, from supporting purchasing admin through to helping customers and couriers sort out any delivery queries. It's a varied role where no two days are quite the same, and you'll play a genuine part in making sure our customers get a smooth, joined up experience from start to finish.
This is a full-time, office-based role. Following successful completion of your probationary period, there may be the opportunity to work from home one day per week, subject to the needs of the business and management approval.
Applicants must have the right to work in the UK. Please note that we are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position.
