Magical, memorable moments of delight. That’s what you’ll create for their customers as a Sales Associate in the Harrods store at Heathrow. You’ll add your retail experience to their airport location to create an unforgettable experience for visitors from all over the world.
As a Sales Associate your key responsibilities include:
- Providing a world class customer service experience
- Demonstrating exceptional product knowledge
- You’ll also understand and properly execute all systems and POS procedures to ensure prompt and efficient sales transactions and full compliance
- Providing satisfactory references for the last 5 years and undergo a Criminal Record Check to obtain an airside pass
- Building quality customer relationships to achieve business goals
- Being an ambassador for the Harrods Brand
Please note that due to the current unprecedented demand on the Airport ID unit, new airside pass applications are currently taking approximately 5 months from point of application.
