This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive and collaborative team handling a varied caseload of Employers' Liability, Public Liability and Occupiers' Liability claims.

The Role
You will manage your own caseload of claimant Personal Injury matters, primarily focusing on:
- Employers' Liability claims
- Public Liability claims
- Occupiers' Liability claims
- Fast Track litigation
- Client care and stakeholder management
- Negotiating settlements and progressing claims to successful conclusion
You will be supported by an experienced team while being trusted to take ownership of your files and contribute to the continued success of the department.
About You
We're looking for someone who can demonstrate:
- Previous claimant Personal Injury experience
- Experience handling EL, PL and/or OL claims
- Strong client care skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive approach and willingness to learn
A legal qualification is not essential. We are more interested in your experience, capability and potential.
