What You’ll Do as a Trainee Care Coordinator
- Assist with scheduling and care planning
- Maintain accurate records and care documentation
- Support communication between clients, families and carers
- Assist with administrative tasks and reporting
- Learn coordination, compliance and quality assurance processes
- Continue providing direct care to clients when required
What skills and experience do you have?
- Previous care experience
- Caring and compassionate approach
- Well organised and reliable
- Good communication skills
- Confident using computers and mobile apps
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Keen to develop a career in care management
