We have an exciting new vacancy for a Chef to join our team at The Grand Hotel Scarborough. Nestled in the heart of the town, just a short walk from Scarborough Train Station, our 413 room hotel offers breathtaking views of the picturesque harbour and South Bay.

Your duties will include:
- Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
- Ensuring the consistent quality and presentation of dishes across all meals and shifts.
- Operating and maintaining kitchen equipment properly.
- Preparing high-quality food, following the guidance of our Head Chef.
- Assisting in the preparation and service of meals for various menus.
- Adhering to our stock control procedures.
- Working effectively as part of a busy team.
- Adding your own unique flair and creativity to your dishes.
The successful candidate will have kitchen experience and is looking to take more of a leading role within the kitchen. You must have superb attention and be available to work various shifts.
