Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized Engineering Coordinator to join our engineering team.
Job Purpose:
Manage, organise and utilise the Engineering Team to its full capability, dealing with day-to-day breakdowns effectively whilst working on longer term projects and working towards Continuous Plant Improvements.
Start, monitor and maintain a full PPM Schedule for the Engineers to work through, ensuring all Machines are operating to their full potential, and any possible breakdowns are prevented.
Working through the continuous improvement jobs, making the necessary adjustments and modifications to increase throughput.
Job Requirements:
· Experience working within a fast-moving environment.
· Experience of organizing a Team of Engineers.
. Good experience of working within an Engineering Department within the Food Industry.
· Shift Flexibility.
· Ability to use own initiative during a breakdown situation.
· Very good understanding of the Hygiene requirements within a Food Manufacturing Plant.
· Good verbal, literacy and numeracy skills
· Desire to develop a team of Engineers to enable the factory to operate at its full potential.
· Good IT Skills with the ability to use Word, Excel and other forms of reporting software.
· Pro-active approach to work and project management.
· Very good Organizational Skills.
· Ability to complete jobs to a timescale whilst ensuring they are to a high standard.
· Good Communication Skills

· Ability to produce accurate and timely reports.
· Ability to work within a Team.
· Experience in fast moving Factory Machinery.

40 hours per week - 08.00 - 16.00. Monday to Friday.
