Trainee Timber Frame Estimator
Location: Redditch
Hours Of Work: 40 Hours per week, Monday to Friday
Salary: Competitive + Bonus Scheme
WB Timber Innovations, part of the Keystone & Wyckham Blackwell Group of Companies, is seeking a Trainee Timber Frame/SIPs Estimator to join the team based at their Manufacturing & Design facility in Redditch. We are looking for an individual with an interest in the construction industry especially Timber Frame/SIPs estimating, we will train you to have the experience within the offsite manufacturing industry so that you can become an integral part of a successful team delivering bespoke off-site build projects to a growing market.
Role responsibility
Your responsibilities will include: (full training will be provided)
- Interpret customer requirement and produce estimates following client/architect drawings.
- Prepare detailed quotations as required.
- Liaise with customers and provide a knowledgeable service.
- Liaise with colleagues to ensure estimates take into consideration costs, targets, and manufacturing capacity & capability.
- Attend meetings both in person and video conferencing.
- Work closely with the sales team to secure new business.

What we require from you:
We are looking for someone keen to train, interested in being part of a company where you will need to work accurately to specific guidelines. Good grasp of English and mathematics and is looking for a long term carrier
