CDP CHEF
No4 modern Mediterranean bar & restaurant is located in the amazing location next to the river . We are looking for full time CDP f to join our team.
Opening time Monday to Sunday, so this role will see you working full time hours across a range of shifts to include daytimes, evenings and weekends. You must be flexible in terms of working hours but we will gladly discuss your requirements at interview stage.

Overview
We are seeking a skilled CDP Chef to join our team in a bustling restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will assist the Head Chef in overseeing kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food production, and maintaining a smooth culinary process.
Duties
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to plan and create menus
- Supervise food preparation and production processes
- Lead and motivate kitchen staff to achieve culinary excellence
- Ensure adherence to food safety standards and regulations
- Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies
- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment
Skills
- Previous experience as a CDP Chef or similar role in the hospitality industry
- Strong culinary skills with knowledge of food preparation techniques
- Leadership abilities to effectively manage a kitchen team
- Excellent organisational skills to coordinate kitchen activities efficiently
- Team management capabilities to foster a positive work environment
