Location: Life Health Foods, Wellingborough
Hours: Friday - Sunday, 22.3 hours per week only (rotating Days/Nights)
Pay: Competitive hourly rate £13.45 + 88.9% Shift Premium (worth an extra £11.95 per hour) - comes to an annual wage of £29,462.

Week 1: Friday 06:00-18:00 / Sunday 06:00 - 18:00 (2 shifts)
Week 2: Saturday 18:00 - 06:00 / Sunday 18:00 - 06:00 (2 shifts)

We’re currently looking for enthusiastic and reliable Operator to join our factory team.
What you’ll be doing:
The G3 Operator is responsible for stacking finished products onto pallets at the end of the production line in line with required pallet patterns and packaging specifications. The role involves checking that packaging standards are met before products are palletised, including correct presentation, labelling, and overall condition. The G3 Operator will ensure pallets are handled, wrapped, and moved around the production area safely and efficiently, following site health and safety procedures at all times. They will also report any packaging defects, damaged goods, or safety concerns promptly to support smooth production flow and maintain high standards of quality and workplace safety.
