Treatment Coordinator
Are you a natural communicator passionate about patient care and seamless patient journeys?
Sensu is seeking a friendly, organised and confident Treatment Coordinator to join our London multidisciplinary dental practice. You will be the first clinical contact many patients have after consultation — guiding them through treatment options, cost plans, financing, and after-care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome new patients, manage flow from consultation to treatment plan approval.
- Explain treatment plans (Invisalign, composite bonding, veneers, hygiene, etc.) in clear, compassionate language.
- Present pricing, payment and membership options, financing plans, and assist patients with decisions.
- Schedule treatments across multiple sites, coordinate diaries, liaise with clinicians, labs, and support teams.
- Follow up with leads and consults — phone, SMS, email — to convert interest into bookings/treatments
- Maintain accurate patient records, consent forms, and ensure compliance with GDPR and dental regulations.
- Provide a high-touch, patient-centric experience aligned with Sensu’s brand values: respect, positivity and care.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in roles such as Treatment Coordinator, Patient Care Coordinator, or Dental Receptionist.
- Strong conversion experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — empathy, clarity, confidence.
- Great organisational ability and time-management skills (multi-site diary juggling).
- Comfort with admin systems (practice management software, Microsoft Office, SMS/email tools).
- Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and commitment to delivering exceptional patient experience.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary + commission/bonus on conversions (rewarding performance directly). £29-£32k
- Training and support: ongoing mentorship, exposure to advanced treatments (Invisalign, cosmetic dentistry).
- A chance to help build out Sensu’s premium patient journey and contribute to expansion plans.
- Friendly, supportive team culture, flexible working across London, career progression potential.
Requirement
- Proof of right to work in the UK and provide two references.
- Full-time, some evenings and weekend work (Flexible mix of shifts).
To apply, please submit your CV and Cover letter via Indeed and providing your preferred availability if you are selected for a telephone call back.
