We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team in the capacity of a weighbridge operative at our site in Horwich.
Previous weighbridge experience is beneficial but not essential
Responsibilities
- Weighing HGV's in and out, ensuring they are within their legal operating weights
- Issuing weighbridge tickets using our bespoke software system
- Signing visitors into site, including undertaking sub contractor inductions
- Maintaining various daily check sheet/records
Personal specification:
- Good communication skills
- Experience in using computer programmes including basic Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Experience in working in a fast paced environment
- Valid UK Licence as the location is remote
