The Opportunity
We're looking for a talented Digital Marketing Manager to develop and deliver integrated B2B marketing campaigns that generate high-quality leads and measurable business results.
Working closely with clients and our creative team, you'll shape marketing strategies, oversee campaign delivery and create compelling content that supports every stage of the customer journey. You'll also play a key role in improving clients' online visibility through SEO and content optimisation, ensuring campaigns deliver both short- and long-term performance.
What you will do
- Marketing Strategy: Develop marketing strategies and campaign plans that align with client objectives, identify growth opportunities and deliver measurable business results.
- Content Management: Produce engaging, well-researched and accurate content across websites, landing pages, blogs, social media, email and marketing assets, ensuring all content supports campaign objectives, reflects the client's brand and delivers measurable results.
- Project Management: Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships, manage multiple projects and ensure campaigns are delivered efficiently and effectively.
- Paid Media Management: Manage paid media campaigns, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and other digital advertising platforms.
About You
You will have 2-3 years’ experience in marketing (digital). Ideally, you will have worked agency side and have experience of B2B industries.
Skills
- Fully remote working, with bi-monthly travel to our London office
- Excellent content writing and copywriting skills, with the ability to adapt tone of voice for different audiences and channels.
- Strong understanding of SEO, including keyword research, on-page optimisation, technical SEO principles and content strategy.
- Experience managing paid digital campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels, including content marketing, email marketing, social media and lead generation.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, HubSpot and campaign reporting tools.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
- Adaptable, proactive and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Experience working with website content management systems (CMS), with the ability to confidently manage, update and optimise website content.
Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
