We are seeking compassionate and experienced Care Assistants to join our dedicated team within a nursing home environment.
The successful candidates will have prior experience working in the care sector, ideally within nursing or residential care homes, and will be committed to providing high-quality, person-centred care to older adults.
Key Requirements:
- A minimum of one year’s experience in the care industry, preferably within a nursing or residential care setting
- Experience in supporting older people in a residential environment
- Good communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively in English
- NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care is desirable but not essential
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a 7-day rota, including weekends
