Deliver transformation that actually makes an impact.
At Retail Insight, we're transforming the way some of the world's biggest retailers use data, analytics and technology to make smarter decisions.
We're looking for an experienced Senior Programme Manager to take ownership of strategic technology and business transformation initiatives that help drive our business forward.
This is a role where you'll do more than simply manage project plans. You'll be leading complex programmes across technology, data, cloud and business transformation, working closely with senior leaders across the organisation and helping ensure our most important initiatives deliver real value.
What you'll be doing
-
Leading strategic programmes from initiation through to delivery, transition and benefits realisation.
- Owning end-to-end delivery of complex technology, software, cloud, analytics and transformation initiatives.
- Building strong governance, managing risks and dependencies, and providing clear executive reporting to the CTO and Leadership Team.
- Aligning teams across Engineering, Product, Data & Analytics, Client Success, Operations and external partners.
- Managing budgets, forecasting, resource planning and supplier relationships.
- Improving delivery standards and introducing smarter ways of working, including AI-assisted planning and governance practices.
What we're looking for
-
Significant experience leading large-scale technology projects and enterprise programmes.
- A track record operating as both a hands-on Senior Project Manager and a strategic Programme Manager.
- Experience delivering software, cloud, data, analytics or digital transformation initiatives.
- Confident stakeholder management skills with the confidence to influence at executive level.
- Experience managing suppliers, delivery partners and cross-functional teams.
- A solid understanding of Agile, hybrid and traditional delivery approaches.
Bonus points if you also have
-
Experience leading data platform, cloud, AI, SaaS or retail technology transformation programmes.
- Experience with Azure, Databricks or modern analytics environments.
- Experience operating a PMO or portfolio governance function.
- MSP, PMP, PgMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner certification.
- Experience within retail, SaaS, analytics or client-facing technology organisations.
