Pizzarova...
Pizzarova began in 2013 as a mobile pizza oven in the back of a Land Rover, serving sourdough pizzas at festivals and markets around Somerset. Since then, we’ve grown to four locations across Bristol, and built a business defined by team culture, strong values, and a commitment to doing things properly - from quality food to 5* service to developing our people.
Why Pizzarova?
Here’s why we’re different:
- Team-first structure - there is no split between kitchen and front of house. Everyone is cross-trained, and everyone works together. It builds respect and keeps service efficient whilst keeping days varied and interesting.
- Culture over ego - we lead with calmness, clarity and consistency. No stress theatre, no egos, no burnout.
- Focused on quality - the menu is short, the process is well drilled, and standards are high.
- Sustainability is non-negotiable - we use local suppliers, keep waste low, and partner with initiatives like Chefs in Schools to give back.
- Work-life balance - we pride ourselves on having a sustainable work culture that provides balance for our team with strong ethics. We understand that for you to perform your best you need to be at your best and balance plays into that.
The Role
The shop is due to open in late Summer. Before then, we’ll bring you to Bristol (all travel covered) to train with our existing team and learn how we operate day-to-day. You’ll shadow services, prep, back office work and leadership systems - so you can hit the ground running when your own team comes onboard.
Timeline depending, you’ll be involved in the setup of the Bath site, helping shape the layout and flow of the restaurant, unpacking and organising kit, and maybe even picking up a brush for the final fit-out. This is a rare opportunity to have a hand in shaping a team and a space from scratch.
You will wear many hats every day at Pizzarova; deputising the store manager, pizza chef, coach, host, dough maker, mentor - amongst many others! What’s important to us is that you can look after your people, your customers, and your store and have hospitality running through you.
You will be responsible for assisting the General Manager with the day to day running of our Bath shop, helping in; leading the team, maintaining standards, and ensuring the site hits its quality and service targets.-Your month to month or long term goal is to be part of building a store and team that aligns with the Rova vision and culture with flexibility within our framework to build on your experience and ideas.
