REQUIREMENTS:
- MUST have 3-5 years of experience in maintenance.
- MUST have excellent communication, organisation, and ability to carry out instructions.
- MUST be a UK citizen or have legal work eligibility in the UK.
- MUST have valid driver’s license and transportation to and from work.
- MUST be diligent and trustworthy.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES SUMMARY:
Reporting to the General Manager.
Assisting with maintenance team recruitment as needed.
Training of department staff.
Preparing accurate department reports and statistics on time.
Attending daily and weekly HOD meetings and coordinating information with department staff.
Holding all core functions for juniors in their absence and taking the necessary steps to ensure junior positions are filled when not.
Managing department staff and assigning duties and targets accordingly.
Carrying out required compliance checks in-house and recording them accurately.
Auditing compliance paperwork.
Liaising with contractors as needed.
Arranging quotes and following company policy and procedures for approval.
Monitoring and replenishing the stock of regular maintenance items.
Maintaining and servicing internal and external equipment of the venue.
Working with the GM and Head Office Properties team to carry out larger refurbishment and renovations projects as needed.
Overseeing Gardeners to ensure they are productive and have the required materials to work with to maintain the grounds.
Overseeing landscaping projects, gardening equipment, gardens, and grounds.
Managing and delegating maintenance projects and tasks to juniors, where they exist.
Managing the storage and upkeep of maintenance equipment, supplies, event tables and chairs.
Overseeing security and safety systems such as fire system and security alarms.
Maintaining accurate department administration including upkeep of Estates Spreadsheets, Google Drive documentation, etc.
The above summary includes the responsibility of the role but is not limited to.
SALARY:
£30K- £32K per annum (dependant on experience and qualifications)

Pay: £30,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
