We are seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator to join our team in the UK. Based in Ascot, this role is vital for ensuring the precision and quality of our bespoke kitchen components, contributing directly to our company's reputation for excellence.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor CNC machines to produce high-quality kitchen components.
- Set up machine parameters and ensure optimal operation.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Collaborate with the manufacturing team to meet production deadlines.
- Ensure safety standards are maintained at all times.
- Maintain accurate documentation of production processes.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience operating CNC machinery within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of fabrication processes.
- Proficiency with CAD software and programming PLCs is preferred.
- Ability to read technical drawings and use hand tools effectively.
- Good mathematical skills for measurements and calculations.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
