Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Site Painter to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction painting, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently on-site. Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and masking areas as required for painting.
- Apply paint, varnish, or other coatings using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment with precision.
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and project specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment throughout each project.
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding progress and any issues encountered.
- Conduct quality checks on finished surfaces to ensure a high standard of workmanship.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction painting.
- Valid driving licence is preferred to facilitate site travel when necessary.
- Good command of English language for effective communication on-site.
- Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to construction sites.
