We’re looking for an Account Executive to join our growing organisation and play a key role in driving new business. As part of a high-performing sales team, you’ll be instrumental in our success by exceeding sales quotas while building meaningful relationships with customers and partners. Reporting to the Director of Sales, this is a great opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing company in an evolving space,where you can take ownership, impact results, and consistently perform within a strong team!
You’re a motivated, results-focused sales professional who’s comfortable owning the full sales cycle and working towards clear targets. You have a proven track record of managing deals end-to-end, with experience in Mid-Market sectors. . You’re confident in building pipelines and managing opportunities, and you take a relationship-driven, practical, and commercial approach to sales. Ideally, you bring experience in EdTech SaaS or a similar sector, along with a proactive, “hunter” mindset focused on sourcing pipeline and winning new business.
Driving revenue, engagement, and new customer acquisition
Owning the full 360° sales cycle from prospecting through to close
Building and maintaining a healthy, consistent pipeline
Following a structured process to move opportunities through the funnel
Consistently meeting and exceeding monthly revenue targets and KPIs
Delivering tailored product demonstrations and presentations
Building strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders
Developing a deep understanding of our product, market, and competitors
This role involves close collaboration with a high-energy, results-driven team. Expect daily engagement, regular feedback, and opportunities for professional growth. You’ll report to the Director of Sales and work alongside a talented group of sales & marketing professionals to drive success in a fast-paced, agile environment.

What we’re looking for
Sales Expertise: Minimum 3 years of experience owning the sales cycle in transactional sales, targeting Mid-market customers.
Technical Proficiency: Skilled in optimizing sales tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Gong, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Outbound Sales Strategy: Proven ability to develop and execute effective outbound plans.
SaaS Experience: Prior experience selling SaaS platforms.
Presentation Skills: Confidently deliver compelling presentations to C-level stakeholders.
Hunter Mentality: Proactively pursue opportunities and build a robust pipeline.
