Job Summary
We are seeking friendly and proactive individuals to provide occasional assistance around the hotel, including housekeeping, breakfast service, and general support. This role is perfect for those looking to contribute to a vibrant hospitality environment on a flexible basis, helping us maintain our high standards of guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Assist with housekeeping tasks such as tidying guest rooms and common areas when needed
- Support breakfast service by setting up, replenishing supplies, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas
- Respond promptly to guest requests or inquiries with a positive attitude
- Help with light janitorial duties to ensure cleanliness throughout the hotel premises
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and guest comfort
- Maintain a tidy work environment and adhere to health and safety standards
- Provide flexible support across various hotel departments as required
Requirements
- Previous hotel experience or familiarity with hospitality environments is preferred
- Experience in janitorial or cleaning roles is advantageous
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic setting
