Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the sales and customer service team to achieve targets and deliver high-quality service
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand the customer base and increase revenue
- Provide expert guidance and support to customers, ensuring their needs are fully understood and met
- Monitor team performance, providing coaching, feedback, and training to optimise productivity
- Manage customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and tact
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and operational efficiency
- Analyse sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and industry developments to provide accurate information to customers
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales or customer service leadership roles

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a team
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite
- Demonstrated ability to analyse data and utilise insights for strategic planning
