At Drive Motor Retail Leamington, we are looking for a customer-focused, organised, and motivated Service Advisor to join our Aftersales team. If you have main dealer experience and are confident using Keyloop (or similar DMS systems), this is your chance to join a supportive, high-performing team with excellent earning potential.

Your Role
- Be the first point of contact for customers, delivering an outstanding experience.
- Book and manage service appointments efficiently.
- Upsell products and services to maximise revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Work towards performance targets in a high-energy environment.
- Maintain compliance with company and health and safety standards.
What We Are Looking For
- Main dealer experience (you will already know what to expect).
- Confidence using Keyloop/DMS systems.
- Strong customer service and sales skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure.
- A valid UK driving licence.
