We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Export Sales & Logistics Co-ordinator to join our team. In this vital role, you will drive the seamless coordination of export sales activities and manage complex operations to ensure timely delivery of products worldwide. Responsibilities
The Export Sales & Logistics co-ordinator is responsible for maintaining and improving customer service levels for a number of offshore accounts within the group and providing office and sales support to field-based Account Managers. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining a portfolio of accounts as well as supporting the Account Managers and providing assistance, when necessary, with other accounts within the team that you are assigned to.
The role will require that all enquiries relating to existing/new accounts are dealt with on a daily basis and account requests are acted upon and communicated to the relevant departments.
- Preparing shipping documentation and ensuring compliance with customer requirements
- Order processing and dispatching
- Processing sample requests
- Booking in customers via telephone/email
- General sales and consumer calls
- Maintaining back orders
- Set up new accounts and delivery keys
- Working from spread sheets and emails to create orders
- Emailing within different departments to discuss bookings and orders
- Booking direct containers and arranging deliveries
- Provide support for the Team Leader and other Sales Office staff
- Working as part of team processing paperwork for Drivers
- Highly organised, able to prioritise own workload
- Word and Excel experience preferred
- Liaising with customers and keeping them updated on their shipments
- German/French speaking but not essential
