Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Nursery Practitioner Level 3 to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional childcare services, support children's developmental needs, and contribute to creating a safe, engaging, and educational environment.
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement engaging activities that promote children’s learning, development, and well-being.
- Supervise and support children in daily routines, including play, meals, and rest periods.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that encourages curiosity and independence.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, colleagues, and external professionals to support each child's individual needs.
- Maintain high standards of health, safety, and hygiene within the nursery setting.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to childcare practices and safeguarding policies.
Qualifications
- Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Childhood Education (e.g., CACHE Level 3 Diploma).
- Proven experience working with children in a UK nursery or early years setting.
- Excellent communication skills in English to interact confidently with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Knowledge of childcare regulations, health & safety standards, and safeguarding children.
- Ability to demonstrate patience, creativity, and enthusiasm in caring for young children.

Pay: £26,645.00 per year
