About Us
At Labetts Ltd, we’re a small, family-run business based in Wimborne, dedicated to improving working environments through innovative blinds and shading systems. We’re professional, agile, and dedicated — combining technical expertise with a personal touch.
We are looking for someone who enjoys taking responsibility, being trusted to get things done, and taking pride in doing a job properly. This is a varied and responsible role for someone who is happy being excellent at what they do, rather than necessarily looking for the next rung on the career ladder.
Why Join Us?
- Competitive salary with performance-related bonuses
- Profit-sharing scheme
- Fulfilling, responsible and rewarding role
- Opportunity to make a visible impact across the business
- Customer centric and focused.
Role Overview
We are looking for a positive, outgoing and self-motivated Projects & Operations Co-Ordinator to join our delivery team.
- Adaptable and comfortable with change
- Emotionally intelligent
- Practically minded
- Notices what needs doing and gets on with it
- Comfortable taking responsibility
- Calm when things don't go to plan
In this role, you will actively engage in tenders and quotations, sales administration, customer service and project delivery. You’ll ensure that customer queries are resolved quickly and every client receives a professional, responsive experience that reflects the Labetts standard throughout their journey.
This is a responsible, varied role for someone who enjoys being the person who makes sure things happen. You'll have ownership of projects and customer requirements, coordinating colleagues, installers and suppliers and making sure commitments are followed through.
This isn't a role for someone who wants to simply pass tasks on. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, thinks ahead and sees things through to completion.

Customer Service & Scheduling
- Handle complex customer queries, create tenders and quotations, ensuring timely and professional resolution.
- Sales administration, data management, quotation follow up, overseeing scheduling of surveys, installations, and service visits.
- Liaise with clients, installers, and suppliers to ensure smooth communication.
- Procure products and organise logistics.

- Ensure key projects are tracked and owned efficiently from order to completion.
- Maintain accurate records, documents, and CRM data.

- 100% of visits and installations scheduled accurately and on time
- High levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business

What we are looking for:
- Previous experience in customer service, project coordination, operations or a similar role.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable managing several things at once without losing track of the important details.
- Confident communicating with customers, suppliers and engineers.

- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM/job management systems.
- A practical, “find a way to get it done” attitude.
- Able to work independently and make sensible decisions.
- Reliable, conscientious and willing to take responsibility.
- Intelligent and curious — someone who understands the “why”, not just the “what”.
Our Values:
- The ability to not only listen but hear.
- Solution orientated, positive and adaptable mindset
- Honesty and loyalty.

- Humble, Hungry & Smart mindset.
