Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide a positive first impression of our hotel, restaurant, and bar facilities
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently while maintaining excellent phone etiquette
- Manage reservations, cancellations, and guest inquiries with clarity and professionalism
- Assist guests with their needs by providing information about amenities, local attractions, and services
- Support restaurant and bar operations by coordinating guest seating and service requests at the front desk
- Maintain accurate records of guest stays, payments, and special requests in our management system
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional guest experiences
Requirements
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience is highly preferred; a background in guest services is a plus
- Multilingual or bilingual skills to communicate effectively with diverse guests
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to handle inquiries confidently
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing reservations and guest information
- Ability to remain energetic, friendly, and professional in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of hospitality standards and customer service best practices
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
