Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic BarStaff/Floor Staff to join our vibrant team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a lively hospitality environment, providing excellent service to our guests. The position is paid and suitable for individuals with a passion for hospitality and a friendly demeanour. Prior experience in a restaurant or bar setting is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided.
Duties
- Serve drinks and food to customers in a courteous and efficient manner
- Take orders accurately and handle cash or card payments responsibly
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar
- Monitor stock levels and communicate needs for replenishment
- Engage with guests to enhance their overall experience, ensuring satisfaction
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service
Skills
- Strong serving skills with excellent customer service abilities
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively during busy periods
- Ability to work well within a team as well as independently when required
- Friendly, approachable manner with excellent communication skills
